(Account Executive)
I have been a
software developer for the past fifteen years, prior to becoming a
recruiter. Because of this I feel a kinship with my candidates, and
a sense of success when I help to grow their careeers. I have been
recruiting for approximately three years, and have enjoyed every minute
of it.
My recruiting philosopy to not settle until my candidates are happy
with the offer they receive, and are excited about starting work.
Technically savvy software and hardware professionals. Software sales
people with a strong performance history.

Pukalski, MBA
(Account Executive)
In March, 1997 I began my recruiting career in Information Technology.
My concentration has been on developing relationships with leading
companies throughout the MD/DC, Northern VA area. My clients range
from large national firms to small start-ups. No matter what size
of firm I am working for I strive to not only meet but exceed their
expectations.
I believe the essence of good recruiting is providing a superior level
of service to both my clients and candidates. I believe listening
carefully to my clients and candidates differentiates me from my competitors.
My feeling is that by doing the listening I can best meet my clients
and candidate expectations.
